Dec. 11,1859. at Frankfort, N.Y. At one time of Ilion, N.Y. He enlisted in 1st N.Y. Light Artillery, Co. A. Served three years and 9 months. Received honorable discharge. They moved to Kansas soon after his 2nd marriage. He d. Dec. 24, 1899, bur. at Goffs, Kansas. His widow moved to Okla- homa in 1902 and d. May 7, 1919, bur. at Sharon, Oklahoma.
